(If you are feeling cold or flu like symptoms please do not hesitate to cancel your appointment.  Waxing B.A.Y. will understand and your will not be charged. I appreciate your consideration.)

​Waxing B.A.Y. services are by appointment only. All appointments are reserved online 24/7, 7 days a week. Same-day appointments are available online as well. Sorry, there is not a receptionist and no walk-ins, please.

All walk-ins will be referred to the website to book their appointment at waxingbay.com.

 

If you have checked online for availability and you don’t see an opening for your desired date and time, and/or service, this does not mean that Waxing B.A.Y. is closed on that day. This simply means that at the present time, all appointment slots are reserved.

 

Your business is very important, so please check back again. Newly cancelled appointments may become available at any moment.

When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to reserve your appointment slot with a credit card even if you are using a promotional voucher (A no-show of an appointment will result in loss of voucher/coupon value.)

 

Cancelation Policy:

 

Waxing B.A.Y.  has a 12 hour cancelation policy that is enforced with all new, repeat and voucher/coupon clients.

 

Cancelations are to be done online by logging into your Waxing B.A.Y. account.

***Cancelations left over the voice messaging system or via email could go undetected within the cancelation policy’s timeframe. This could result in a cancelation fee being applied to your credit card.

Your credit card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancelation with less than 12 hours notice.  A charge of the full service amount will apply. For example, an $95 New Client Brazilian wax will result in a $95 cancelation fee.



At 15 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment may be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day.  A charge of the full service price will apply.

 

Although Waxing B.A.Y. strives to stay on time and to give individual attention to each guest. Unforeseen circumstances may arise during a service prior to yours. So, please be understanding if you ever have to wait past your appointment time.  Waxing B.A.Y. will make it up to you when it's your turn!

If you have made an appointment and have “no-showed“ or Canceled within less than 12 hours, Waxing B.A.Y. reserves the right to charge your credit card up to the full amount of service and or service time you scheduled.  Even if your are using a voucher/coupon this still applies.

**All voucher offers have a promotional value and once expired, appropriate credit will be given and the remainder of the service balance will be paid at the time of the service.

 

***For the safety of your child, no children are allowed​​​​​​ in the treatment room. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
