Post-Waxing Tips:

-
Please keep the clothing loose and the fabrics natural.
-
Use an antiseptic cream or hydrogen peroxide to keep any bad bacteria at bay (no pun intended).
-
Exfoliate and moisturize (choose only reliable brands for specialized waxing aftercare). Tip: use a tea tree oil-based product to apply to the area for it’s anti-bacterial qualities.
-
Waxing is exfoliating. So, wait at least 2 days after waxing to exfoliate your skin. Exfoliate 2-3 times a week.
-
No sunbathing for at least 48 hours.
-
No submerging in water for 48 hours (to include swimming, bath time, sauna, and spa bathing). Tip: showers are safe, but your water should be cool.
-
Avoid excessive sweating for 48 hours.
-
Less is more. Avoid applying topical lotions or perfumes for at least 12 hours. These can clog your open pores and/or cause a tingling/burning sensation to your freshly waxed skin.
-
Avoid touching freshly waxed areas to ensure they remain clean.
